Delivery times

Once an order is shipped, delivery is estimated between 5 and 10 days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the availability of glasses.

Items marked “PRODUCT IN STOCK. IMMEDIATE SHIPPING” are shipped same-day, except on weekends and holidays.

When the product is listed as “PRODUCT AVAILABLE FOR ORDER”, we’ll have to order it from the manufacturer. In such cases, the estimated delivery time is between 15 to 20 working days (not including weekends or holidays). 

In specific cases, delivery times may be extended due to high demand for certain models.

On receipt of the product in our warehouse, it will be immediately prepared for shipping to your home.

If you purchase glasses that are in stock and your order includes prescription lenses, the typical delivery time frame will be between 5 and 12 days. If the glasses need to be ordered from the factory, it can take between 15 and 20 days.

Prescription glasses with special requirements or parameters – such as: high, progressive or therapeutic lens prescriptions, or those with specific treatments – may take longer to manufacture, which will resultantly increase the total delivery time.

The delivery time for simple prescription contact lenses is usually between 5 and 12 days. For custom-made contact lenses, it can take between 15 and 20 days.

Customs tax

From 1 July 2022 all our prices for EU countries already include taxes and duties. Therefore, this payment is borne by our company.

If the courier company informs you that you have to pay taxes, please send us an email to [email protected]. We will take care of it.

We ship from the Canary Islands, Spain. In the month of July 2021, a new European regulation came into force which obliges you to pay taxes on online purchases in each country of the European Union, despite the fact that the purchase is made within Europe. These taxes include customs clearance fees and VAT.

This is unusual, but in some cases the authorities in your country may charge a small amount as an import tax. This amount is not included in the final price of the product.

The courier company will let you know if there are any charges.

Order tracking

We currently manage shipments through DHL and the national postal service Correos.

When your order is ready and processed at the relevant company, we’ll send you an email with the delivery tracking information.

You can track the order from your user profile on our website, through the courier company, or by contacting our customer service.

If the delivery is being handled by Correos, you can also track the order shipping status by entering the tracking number on their website.
